Here is my story

I started training with Amar via Zoom during the Pandemic around mid 2020. Initially I was skeptical and thought it wasn’t for me, however at the start I occasionally turned up to the Calisthenics sessions and began some of the exercises. I noticed how unfit I was with the warm Jumping Jacks. I gradually began to show up more often and started training with resistance bands as the gyms were closed. During the first 6 months, I was inconsistent and would generally make excuses from time to time to avoid training. During the next 6 months, I noticed more improvements and started getting into more of a routine. My diet improved, my strength improved my waist line reduced and I started to get alot of comments from people, especially the ones who hadn’t seem me in a long time. The changes took place in 2021. Since then, I have maintained a healthy weight, waistline more importantly I now struggle to stay away from the gym and exercise. It has become a lifestyle and a healthy habit.
